Terms & Conditions
Pet Portrait Illustrations:
- I require atleast 50% of the total price at the start of the commission and the full agreed amount by the end, this is to ensure my time and effort in the case of cancellations. If total amount is paid upfront and cancellation is requested, 50% will be refunded to customer if requested after sketches have been made and shown. If requested before sketches and flat colours, a full refund will be issued.- Purchasing a commission does not transfer the copyright over to the customer, it allows you to use the commissioned illustration for your own personal use onlyBy purchasing a commission from me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated abovecommissioned work will be delivered digitally
Clay Sculpture Commissions:
- You have the option of paying the full amount upfront or doing a deposit of paying half at the start and half at the end, please let me know if this is the case. I require atleast a 50% deposit of the total price requested at the start of the commission, this is to ensure my time and effort in the case of cancellations. Full refunds are accepted during the sketch stage, after this point in the case of cancellation only a 50% refund (of total price) can be issued.Refunds are not accepted once piece is completed, approved and ready for shipping.- Unfortunately due to GPSR regulations, I will not be taking Sculpture Commissions for EU customers.- Purchasing a commission does not transfer the copyright, it allows you to use the commissioned piece for your own personal use only- Each commission is shipped out with tracked standard shipping to ensure verification of delivery.- Please note each sculpture has my watermark on the bottom of its feet, there may be a few bubbles in the resin which I try my best to avoid.By purchasing a commission from me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above
